This Virtual Qoya class is an opportunity for you to explore your relationship to Balance & Brilliance—what does balance feel like in your body? Not just balancing on one foot or hand, but balancing your awareness and effort. Balance asks of me to let go, more. What does balance ask of you? When we touch balance, we more easily feel our innate brilliance. All you need is a space to move, good wifi, a pen and journal, and a willing heart.

How to Prepare for Qoya -
Create your sacred space: Set out flowers or light incense/candles. Make your space comfortable and yours. You’ll want a yoga mat, journal, layers for comfort, water, and your sweet sacred self.
